About the Artwork ·

      Description:

"Frozen in Time" is the inaugural piece in my "Super Realistic" series, which aims to push the boundaries of photorealism in 3D digital art. This artwork captures a meticulously detailed pocket watch, nestled among ornate, old books, with an emphasis on intricate textures and masterful lighting.

      Artist's Statement:

"Frozen in Time" was conceived as the first of part of a series intended to showcase my evolving skills in texturing and lighting. The scene features an antique pocket watch, with every scratch and patina carefully crafted to enhance its authenticity. The background of aged books with elaborate designs further contributes to the nostalgic, timeless feel of the piece.

Initially, I planned to release the "Super Realistic" series as NFTs. However, by the time I neared completion, the NFT market had significantly declined. Despite this, the process of creating "Frozen in Time" and its companion pieces was incredibly rewarding. The focus on achieving hyper-realistic detail honed my skills and deepened my appreciation for digital craftsmanship.
